Family Feud is one of the great American game shows created by Mark Goodson. The show features two families as they compete to name the most popular responses to survey questions. The families that earns the most points wins cash and prizes. It is hosted by Steve Harvey. Family Feud originally aired on ABC in 1976. It is still going strong after over forty years of running. The show has changed hosts a few times in its history, but Steve Harvey seems to be the fan favorite with his eccentric personality and witty commentary.
Family Feud was named the 3rd best TV show of all time on “TV Guide’s 60 Greatest TV Shows of All Time” list. Casting directors are currently seeking families to try out for an episode on the upcoming season. During the open auditions, you and your family will run through a test show and answer questions that will show your personality. The show has been successful for many years because of the interesting families that answer the questions. Apply as soon as possible if you feel your family has what it takes to be the next champion!
